Prayer Ministry

Our church has several prayer ministries. We have a Daytime Prayer Chain, a Midnight Prayer Chain, a Prayer Box Ministry, Prayer Pagers and the Two or More Prayer Ministry.

To start the Prayer Chain, please call Rev Linda at the church office 601-825-5958 or at home 601-991-3855. If you cannot reach Rev Linda, please call Peggy Shumaker, 601-825-7810.

Prayer Pager Ministry

Pagers are loaned to those who are ill, or have special situations where prayer is requested. When the pager number is dialed, the pager softly vibrates letting the wearer know someone has prayed for them. No reply or conversation is involved. These pagers are given only by request and permission of the church. The loaner prayer pagers are returned to the church after they are no longer needed. Please notify Rev. Linda if you wish to be assigned a pager.
